Ventura County Public Services was started out of necessity.

The founders were a few real estate investors who pooled together thier resources, contacts and networks to streamline their investment business.  After a few successful deals the real estate market was starting it's decline in the mid 2000's and their service providers and vendors started to go out of business which left the owners in a bind.  

 

Having to almost start over from scratch scouring websites, local listing profiles, locating contact info, vetting, qualifying and hiring new vendors was a process to say the least.  They figured that there had to be an easier way, a system where reputable professionals have already qualified specific vendors and could feel 100% comfortable making a referral to a friend, family, customer or client!

 

Word of mouth referrals is always the best way to find reputable professionals so the built a business model around what was already known but rarely practiced.
